• Pricing: Our pricing structure varies depending on the nature of recruitment needs and is outlined in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

• Payment Terms: Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Full or partial payment may be required upfront, depending on the agreed-upon terms.

• Custom Recruitment Services: For specialized recruitment needs, terms and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

5. Recruitment Process and Timelines
We aim to deliver recruitment services within agreed-upon timelines. However, timeframes may vary based on industry demand, candidate availability, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Refunds and Service Modifications

• Modifications: We strive to meet client expectations and offer adjustments to recruitment services within the scope of the agreement.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided unless required by law or agreed upon under exceptional circumstances. 

7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

• Client and Candidate Information: All client and candidate information shared with MS2 Retail Advisory Inc. will be handled with strict confidentiality.

• Ownership of Work: Any materials, reports, or data provided as part of the recruitment process remain the property of MS2 Retail Advisory Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability
MS2 Retail Advisory Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business opportunities, revenue, or reputational harm.

In any event, our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

9. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or disrupt our operations. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, hacking, introducing viruses, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
